VACANCY: SALES MANAGER POSITION
Location: Akobo Mall, Ibadan Oyo State, Nigeria.
JIT Groups is a fast-growing business group with interests in travel, real estate, consulting, and global opportunities. We are seeking a result-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth across our services.
Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with JIT Groups’ vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and service delivery
- Handle high-value negotiations and close strategic deals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking functions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in sales or business development (overrides educational qualifications)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing abilities
- Experience in travel, education, consulting, or service-based industries is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (added advantage)
