VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) OFFICER
JIT Groups is a growing and diversified organization with interests in travel, education, real estate, consulting, and business services. We are seeking a competent and people-focused HR Officer to support our human capital management and organizational growth.
Job Summary:
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage staff welfare, performance management, and discipline processes
- Support payroll, leave administration, and staff benefits
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Support training, development, and staff engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience
- Age preference: 28 – 40 years
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- A very good sense of dressing
