Most of you have heard about Canada caregivers program, where home care workers can get straight permanent residence (PR) on arrival in Canada
.
Before agents scam you, read the conditions very carefully and understand them.
The conditions are:
- Attain a minimum of level 4 based on the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB). This means your IELTS or CELPIP English test must be a minimum level 4. An average Nigerian can ace this in 1 sitting because it is VERY low.
- Hold the equivalent of a Canadian high school diploma. This is minimum high school or Bsc/ND or HND. This one, too, is easy.
- Have recent and relevant work experience. This is where the issue is. You MUST have relevant work experience as a Home care worker
My team at JIT EMPIRICAL GLOBAL CONSULT LTD is already in discussion with some Home care workers in Nigeriawhere you can be trained, get certifications and work experience. If you are interested, you can send us a dm. Also, we are already in partnership with some recruiting firm in Canada, so job offers is assured
- Receive a full-time home care job offer in Canada
. This is another major issue. A company in Canada
MUST hire you as a home care worker.
If anyone presents this offer to you, be 100% sure it is legit.

Canada will soon open a portal for this and it’s limited slots.
So, get prepared.
