Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information on visa and admission requirements.
- Advise clients on necessary documentation, fees, and processing timelines.
- Prepare and submit visa and admission applications.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documents.
- Monitor application status and provide updates to clients.
- Establish effective communication with authorities.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and educational institutions.
- Maintain organized records of all applications.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about visa and admission policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Coordinate with other departments for travel arrangements.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Requirements:
- HND or bachelor’s degree in aviation, travels and tours, or relevant field.
- Proven experience of not less than a year in visa and admission processing, ideally within a travel agency or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for various countries and admission processes for educational institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in visa and admissions processing fields.
